Ideally once a month.  Microdermabrasion or Chemical Peel in a Series are usually spaced 1-3 weeks apart - six treatments in all. The basic rule for spacing facial treatments is every 4 weeks to once a season.

A bikini wax is the area outside panty lines, a Brazilian is the entire personal area both front and back and including buttocks and “Not quite a Brazilian” is close to, but not inside personal areas.

The choice is made once a few questions are answered: relaxing or beneficial, what will you be doing outdoors for the next 3-4 days, what are your needs and expectations? Along with the esthetician's skin analysis. 

Ten days to two weeks growth.

Soft wax is for large body areas, i.e. legs, bikini, arms and back. Hard wax is for sensitive and delicate areas, i.e. face, underarm and bikini.

If it is your first visit at Oliver West Day Spa, arrive thirty minutes early to fill out any necessary documents and become familiar with our Spa. All other guests should arrive fifteen minutes earlier, so you have time to make your next appointment and use the facilities, if needed.

A manual exfoliation (scrub) is recommended 2-3 times a week.

Keep any mask on for 15-20 minutes, rinse with warm water if required, and apply moisturizer.

Eighteen is a perfect age.

Shave the night before your facial appointment - shaving that day could cause sensitivity.

Yes you can, but it will be removed during the facial. Only for all lash services do we require that you come with clean lashes.

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
